1. Refund Policy

If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us via email within 30 days from the date your package is delivered. When submitting your request, kindly provide your order number and the email address used at checkout. To help us review your case faster, please include clear photos or videos showing the defect, printing issues, or items that differ significantly from the product description. Once verified, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund as requested, without requiring the defective item to be returned.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the refunded amount will be sent back to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

Please note that refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Please double-check your bank account if your refund has not appeared.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Reach out to your bank for further confirmation, as additional processing time may apply.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible due to order processing and fulfillment procedures. Orders will continue to be prepared and shipped once this window has passed.

Orders that have already been assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled. Once shipped, refunds will not be issued. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
